PERMASIDE FILTERS

The Permaside-Filters further improves the excellent capacities of sealing, steam penetration and filtration of the air of our range of containers for steam sterilization, being offered as an efficient and economical solution for sterilization services.

The principal innovation of this system lies in the vertical position of the permanent PTFE filter cartridges and in the use of stainless steel and light aluminum alloy at the same time.

The lid is generally the part of container affected by scratches and dents. The use of stainless steel  improves the resistance of  the container lid without increasing the weight. In fact the absence of any filtration system in the lid  allows the creation of  a very light part, even lighter than a traditional filter aluminum lid.

The vertical position of the filter cartridge and its design, together avoid the involuntary penetration of materials that can potentially damage  the filter. Thanks to this design, the Permaside-filters container can be considered a complete “packaging system” according to ISO 11607-1 .

Moreover, the vertical position of filters improves the steam penetration . In fact the presence of two filters facing the center of the load avoids problems arising from faulty stacking.

The chemical resistance of the container body can be improved using the hard anodizing process. This solution assures a better protection against modern high alkaline washing cycles.
