91 — CBM Basket System (ENG) The Smooth design of soft wrapping basket is free of any sharp edge to reduce all possible breaks of the material during packaging, sterilization and handling They are entirely made of stainless steel AISI304 electro polished. 1. Soft wrapping dedicated basket are equipped with a reinforcing wire ring around the upper edge that grants a strong resistance and a sharp free surface to assure wrapping integrity. 2. Flat bottom, without wire reinforcing “dog bone shape” grants a close contact between wrapping material and basket avoiding empty spaces on the package bottom. In this way it is much more resistant against possible breaking due to friction drag. 3. A new safe and skilful locking mechanism it is located completely below the lid surface to avoid any friction with wrapping material.
